Laurent Babikian is the director, capital markets at CDP Europe, having started his career in 1991 and having worked with Bank Indosuez for ten years. In 2000, he co-founded a start-up incubator and coached entrepreneurs to accelerate their business before creating Corcovado, his own consultancy company, for which he moved to Brazil in 2007. While in Brazil, he became one of the mentors of Endeavor, an international not-for-profit organization aimed at developing sustainable entrepreneurship in emerging countries.

Laurent is a member of the advisory board of the Low Carbon 100 index managed by Euronext and the French label Greenfinch managed by the French Ministry of Environment.

Laurent graduated from IESE Business School in Barcelona and holds an executive MBA in general management. He also holds a master’s in finance from Paris Dauphine University.
