Natasha Kalauz was the director of trade and investment for the UK Department of International Trade for nine years, covering the Central and Eastern European Region and leading a team of trade advisors responsible for trade policy, commercial diplomacy, and investment promotion. 

Before that, Natasha spent 6 years as the director of programme for UNDP’s mission in Croatia where she was responsible for developing UNDP’s three flagship programs – Local Economic Development, Energy Efficiency & Biodiversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Compact Launch. 

Natasha also worked for the Croatian government, National Competitiveness Council, and the Centre for Entrepreneurship Policy. 

She holds a master’s degree in international relations and European studies from Central European University and is a PRINCE2 certified project manager. She is a trained executive coach and an experienced leader who believes in the art of feminine leadership. 

In her free time, Natasha is most likely to be seen enjoying a walk or a hike as an avid lover of all things outdoors!
