President of the management board of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and general manager of Siemens Serbia and Siemens Mobility

Mr. Eichlinger has been the general manager of Siemens Serbia since 2015. In October 2020, after contributing to the work of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce as a board member, he was elected chairman of the board of directors of the Chamber.

Eichinger has more than 30 years of experience with Siemens AG in management positions that include work in various divisions and business units of the company in Germany, the region of Central and Eastern Europe and the Asia-Pacific zone, the Middle East, and Africa.

He started his career in the field of IT and telecommunications as the sales director of the telecommunications of Siemens AG. In 2002, he came to Serbia and became the general director of the company VF-Tel d.o.o., Belgrade, and in 2003, he became the director of the telecommunications department of Siemens d.o.o., Belgrade.

In 2005, he went to China, to Siemens Ltd., Beijing, where he worked as the general director for projects of the telecommunications sector. In 2006, he worked in Dubai as the CEO of the telecommunications sector of Siemens LLC. He also worked in the UAE and the Persian Gulf, where he organized direct and indirect sales in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, and Pakistan.

In 2007, he returned to Germany to the position of the regional sales director and general manager of Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. in Munich. After that, he took over the management consulting department for energy efficiency.

Since 2015, he has been the director of the Siemens regional company in Serbia and is also responsible for Siemens Mobility in Kragujevac.

With around 1,500 employees, Siemens is one of the largest employers with constant growth.

In his function, Mr. Eichlinger encourages further development of partners (medium-sized companies).

Since 2016, he has been a member of the management board of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and four years later he became the president of the management board of the Chamber.

He is married to Jelena and he is Luka's father.
